Robin Estrin is a reporter and producer from Los Angeles, primarily covering education. A graduate of UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Journalism, she's reported on COVID-19 for the New York Times, the 2020 presidential election for CalMatters, and K-12 education for Lookout Santa Cruz. Before joining KCRW in 2021, she reported drought, wildfire and election stories for the Los Angeles Times. She's worked as a projectionist, a barista, a bookseller, and a teacher.
